LOVE YOU.


Improve your health, boost your confidence, open your mind! 
Hey learn to LOVE YOURSELF! Here are a few ways to spend some quality time with yourself!
1) Create a mood board and keep it somewhere to constantly remind you of the fab things you will someday do/own or make one @ printerest.com so much fun and it will inspire you everyday! 
2) read a book
3) find a new signature fragrance! (We LOVE Burberry BRIT)
4) SEX goddess—-buy some sexy lingerie! trust me this will make you feel like a million $$$$$!
5) take a long and soothing bubble bath! (we are experts @ setting the mood: light some candles, pour some lavender oil in the water, drink some tea & chill!) 
6) learn a new language! (Rosetta Stone is LEGIT!)
7) spend an entire weekend WITHOUT your cell!! ….SO LIBERATING you have no idea how awesome it is!
8) ZZZzzzzZZZZzzzz get some Rest! Try to sleep between 7 to 8 hours a night!

Stay Fit


STAY FIT DURING WINTER!!

“It’s so tough to work out during the winter months….” Trust us WE KNOW!!! But here are a few ways to stay fit during this burrrr season! 
RUN!!—-  It’s cold out so you won’t sweat! yay!! It builds your mental and physical toughness!  It keeps off the winter bulge!! 
BIKRAM YOGA!(aka HOT YOGA) —-This is the best work out ever!! you sweat from the minute you step foot into the studio that should be approximately 105 degrees and 40% humidity…trust us you will feel amazing after!!
HIKE—- We love the smell that surrounds us when we hike! Especially after it rains! So go outside and explore! then you can come home and have some awesome tea to chill out! :)
